Please note before submitting: Proclamations will not be issued for any of the following:

Anniversaries of individuals or businesses
Specific individual achievements by individuals.
Individual private businesses, conferences, or grand openings.
Endorsement of individuals, products, or nonessential service(s).
Matters relating to a political position or of political controversy, ideological or religious beliefs, or individual conviction.
Individuals or organizations who have been granted 2 proclamations for the current rolling calendar year.
