On the following page, you will have the opportunity to complete a 1-day (Class D) Liquor License Application.

You will be prompted to attach a letter, agreement, or contract signed by the Venue representative providing authorization for the Event. Additionally, you must upload a copy/photo of your Driver's License or State ID for age verification.

Please note: Without the signed authorization, your application will not be processed.

Please allow up to1-3 business days for office review/approval once your application has been submitted.
If approved, you will receive an email with a link to complete payment. A 1-Day (Class D) Liquor License will then be emailed to you shortly after your payment has been processed.
