New Water Account Application

New tenants or current owners can establish water service by completing this application form. Water bills are invoiced monthly for water used the prior month and are due the 20th of each month. It is the responsbility of both the tenant and the owner to ensure the water bill is paid.

If you recently purchased a property water service is established through the completion of a real estate transfer stamp request. Please contact your attorney to verify a transfer stamp was requested.

For your convenience water bill payments can be made online, by phone, by mail, dropped off at the circle drive at Village Hall located at 101 Schaumburg Court. You may also elect to sign up for automatic withdrawal directly from your checking or bank or savings account.
