Family & Friends Bike Classic Registration Form

Welcome to the Village of Schaumburg's Family & Friends Bike Classic! This challenge is open to all residents living within village municipal boundaries. Registration is designed to be filled out by the Team Leader only.

To fill out this form, the Team Leader will need a team name along with the full names and emails of each Team Member.
Once this registration form is completed by the Team Leader, Team Members will individually receive an email that includes a link to fill out the waiver.
Each contestant must sign a Waiver of Release to participate.

This team cycling challenge will occur during the month of June.

Each Friday in June, Team Leaders will be emailed a link to submit their team members' total number of miles recorded for the week.
Mileage submittals are due the following Tuesday by end of day, so the weekly standings can be announced.
The top three teams will be announced in July, earn prizes, and be recognized on the village's communication channels.
The team with the most miles in the entire competition will be presented with the traveling Business Bike Classic Trophy at the July 22nd Village Board Meeting at 7:00 PM.
