Village Permit Application - Sign Permit
On the form that follows, you can apply for up to three of each of the following types of permits for a total of fifteen different signs:
Once the applicant submits the permit request, Village of Schaumburg staff will review the application and attachments. Our goal is to review all applications within 10 to 15 business days. Please be advised that any missing documents may delay the review process.
After your submittal is approved, you will receive an email with a link to pay for your permit on our convenient online WebPay page. Once the permit is paid for, you will be emailed the permit card and approved plans.

The Village of Schaumburg seeks to ensure both that permit reviews recieve due diligence and are done in a timely manner. In order to acheive this we request you submit any temporary sign permits at least 5 buisiness days before the expected start date.
Fees:
Free-standing Buildings: Up to 60 days of temporary signage per calendar year. The fee is $12 per 10 day increment up to a maxiumum of 60 days.
Shopping Centers: Two (2) 15 day increments of temporary singage per tenant per calendar year the fee is $18.00 for each 15 day increment. (up to a maximum of 30 days)
Grand Opening in Shopping Centers: Up to four (4) 15 day increments. The fee is $18.00 for each 15 day increment. (up to a maximum of 60 days.)
